Bad Server Response- Mobile worker having trouble logging in

Hello,

I have a team of mobile workers who have been working in the field for the
past few months with no problems. Today when they tired to log onto their
devices they received the error ‘Bad Server response’ (also attached).
Could this be caused by anything other than a problem with the Dimagi
Server?

Hi Jessica,

One other source of these issues could be that an intermediate server is
returning an invalid response (say, a captive portal), but it is likely to
be related to CommCareHQ, if you are still seeing the issue, can you Report
an Issue from CommCareHQ?
