Bad images quality

Hello!

I've deployed a form that collect images of a registration list, but the images attached to the forms are in a really bad quality, it's not readable.

I've tested 2 methods of upload:

  1. Taking the image directly from the app
  2. Choosing an image (with both original quality and reduced)

Obs.: Also tested downloading the images from export multimedia, same happens.

Hoping someone can help me out with this. Thanks!
