Assigning the existing java phone to new users

Hi friends,

We are using CommCare application on java phone. We want to assign these
mobile phones to new users.
We deleted the commcare application from the these phones tried to install
it again. but its not working.

Please suggest how can we do it.

Could you please elaborate on exactly what behaviors you're seeing when the
application is failing to install or run?
