Archiving Data for FLW Case

Dear CommCare Users,

Our App has a Supervision module which is used by the supervisor to
supervise the Front-Line Worker(FLW), and so when a form is submitted the
properties of the supervised FLW case are updated.

The challenge is that one of the supervisors completed some of the
supervision forms by mistake(they thought they were logged-in as test
users), and i now we have the supervised FLW case updated with the wrong
information. Just how do i clear off these values from the case?

I tried to archive the forms , but i still see the supervised FLW cases, on
the phone, updated with the same old data.

Can anyone help?

Hi Chaiwa,

If you sync the phone it should pull down the changes that you made by
archiving the forms. Can you verify that the cases on CommCareHQ are
showing the correct information?

Also, if that doesn’t work you can clear user data
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/CommCare+Android+Troubleshooting
and login again. Sometimes form archives aren’t immediately picked up by
the phone.

Great thanks for helping re-solve the issue. I archived the forms, cleared
user data, and logged-in again as you advised. this solved the problem and
everything now looks good.
