Hi,
I had imported close to 16,000 cases through the excel case import feature. I need to now archive these cases. I tried to do this through the bulk archiving feature available on the "Manage forms" page but the forms which created these cases do not show up there at all.
If I do the archiving at the "Case List" page, I am able to archive around 100 cases at one point of time by archiving 1 form. As you can see, this is not the optimal procedure. Please suggest if there is a way of bulk archiving these cases. Pleas note that closing the cases through the excel case import feature is not enough and I need to archive the cases.
