I have read the instructions here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Application+Preview but
things don't go as smoothly for me.
When I try to 'Login as', I get this message (I have changed the code in
case there are security implications of sharing the real one here):
sxberry@gmail.com does not have permissions to restore as <CommCareUser
'2423d6e07ea6cf490ce0d8ef236e18c1'>
If I proceed then I don't see the cases that the user I have chosen sees.
The case list is empty.
We are on a Standard Plan.

Simon,
Can you confirm that you've enabled all these permissions for that web user:
- Edit Data
- Edit Mobile Worker Data
- Edit Web User Data
- Access to Web Apps
And if so and the issue persists, report a bug through CommCareHQ?
Cheers,
Will

I'm actually trying to use Preview App so that I see what a mobile worker
sees on their tablets.
I cannot see how to put a web user into a group so that the web user sees
the same cases as a mobile user. Can you do that?

Simon,
Unfortunately web users cannot be in case sharing groups. You could use the
Login As functionality to achieve your purpose.

Thanks Will. I tried 'Login As' before my first post in this thread and it
didn't work for me but it is working now.
Many thanks
