our local App(echis) keeps on crushing after logged in (on clicking start) on android version >8.
the same ccz can sync and starts on the latest apk for android version less than 7.

Can you confirm the CommCare Android version that you are testing against? We've been regularly updating the app in response to Android SDK version changes over time, so older versions may not have some of those fixes included.

our ccz is not working on most versions of android. We tasted it on version 8-11 and the crush is the same. is there a way to see the app log for the crush?

The easiest approach is that you should be able to see the crash log over ADB if you are plugged in over USB.
And sorry, my question was about which CommCare Android Release Version your application is forked from. We have been applying fixes to different versions of Android over time, so if you are behind the head (2.52.1), updating to that release may address your issues.
