Hi all,

In our organization we work with several paper forms related to different programs: Nutrition, WASH, HIV/TB, Family planning, VBG etc. and these forms must be digitized, so our task is to figure out how best to take the existing paper forms that frontline workers fill out, and turn them into forms, modules, and questions within CommCare.

We think the solution is not to replicate the exact paper form into a form on CommCare. Hence, we are seeking a comprehensive guide/article on how to approach the forms.

I'm not sure about a guide for this, i'm sure there is one somewhere, but in my experience, if you track exactly what the fieldworker will be doing, question by question, and what they require to answer the question, the logic of how the parts must be designed will be become clearer.
