Hi everyone! I was wondering if there are any disadvantages to turning on "auto sync" for our app. It's not currently enabled, but I'm wondering if this was a potential oversight or if there are some compelling reasons to disable it. Thanks for your help!

The only significant disadvantage is that although forms submit in the background, Syncs block the user for a bit of time until they complete, so in certain network conditions it can prevent the user for using the app for a bit of time the first time the use the app each day.
Overall I think we recommend most projects use auto-sync to ensure that Location tables, lookup tables, or shared cases are updated regularly.
