Hi there,

Every time we try to open the emulator in CommCare and click "Start", we get the following error message "Another process prevented us from servicing your request. Please try again later."

Is this a central problem with the CommCare server?

That's odd, I don't see anything in our active monitoring, can you Report an Issue through the CommCareHQ website?
