Add icon if Questionnaire is completed

Hi,
I want to add some smiley icon when is QA='Yes' and show on app home screen (case list) before I have done this work but now I will unable to see icon option in drop down in format so kindly help me about this matter and it is very helpful to stop duplicates entry.

Hi Naveen,

You can turn on Icons in the case list by navigating to your app's settings page, and turn on the Add-On for Icons in Case List under Mobile Experience
