A part of your application is invalid

I get the following error message when trying to install the application.

CommCare found an issue with the 'suite' resource:
Invalid XML Structure (START_TAG <no_items_text>@207:20 in java.io.InputStreamReader@cc01077): Expected Element <no_items_text> found instead.

I have checked the form, the case and other unrelated part of the app but had no luck finding the error. Moreover, no error in the CCHQ page of the application.

I am also running into this issue. If anyone has any input regarding this, it would be much appreciated.
