User not appearing in the device log details

Hi,

I can see a user has submitted 1500 forms for the last 30 days in the Worker Activity report, but in the device log details for the same time period, filtered with the form-submission tag, they do not appear. Any ideas why?

Hi Toby,

This is expected. Device Logs are not sent for every form submission so number of device logs won't be same as the number of forms submitted.
