We are using standard edition and we are not seeing the menu mode and display condition.

What can we do to have the two items in bold available in the menu? we expected to have a menu like the one below?

try this:
From the Application settings, you go to add-ons tab, then from the list you check both the calculation, and mobile experience, there, you can find the display condition, and menu choices, you need to check them to activate
