Urgent: App for windows

Dear All,
We have developed an app on the platform and it has turned out excellently.
However, presently it works only on android and java based platforms. We
were looking to use it on our laptops on an offline mode as it works on an
android phone. We are interested in having a contract for the same as well.
Please help us with the same.
