We're pleased to announce a change to the Form Designer that we think will
make creating forms easier for you.
To add a question to your form, you used to choose from a dropdown the
desired question type and clicking the "Add" button.
Now, you can add a question from a button toolbar at the top of the Form
Designer. There is a button for each of the most common types of
questions. Pressing the button adds that question type to the form.
Clicking the down arrow next to a question button will show related
question types; choosing one of these will add that type of question to the
form.
Please note that the dropdown previously titled "Advanced" is now titled
"Tools". The "Advanced" dropdown now contains advanced, less-common
question types.
