Understanding this worker activity report

Hello folks –

I am attaching a screenshot of a worker activity report. Those worker
activity reports always manage to confuse me…

I am curious how the below is possible. See the two red arrows. If that
ourtreach worker, 3011105, has never had a form submission in the past…
and he did not have one this week… then how is it that his average number
of forms submitted was 6?

Note, my app does use case sharing (there are clinics that are also present
in each outreach worker’s personal sharing group… but I don’t see how
that could influence this.

Thanks much!

Hi Eric,

The column “Last Form Submission” shows the date of the last form
submission during the date range applied to the report (in your example
2016-04-19 to 2016-04-26). Since worker 3011105 did not submit any forms
during that period, last form submission date shows up as None. However,
if, for example, that same worker submitted 12 and 6 forms respectively
during the prior two periods of the same length, then the average would be
6.

The value in looking at this report could be that this particular worker
submits ~6 forms per week on average but this current period did not submit
any, so that is a notable drop in activity.

Hope this helps - I find the hint text on the column headers to be very
helpful in these reports where the definitions are very precise.

Jeremy
