Unable to sync data to server - good internet and no connection problems

Hello,

I have been using CommCare for the past month for my organization’s pilot
program in Zambia and has so far worked great! Today, I added a new form
that included a GPS question (not sure if this has any effect on the issue)
and after I completed a form and tried to sync it with the server, I
receive an error message: “The server had an error processing your data.
Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact technical support.”

I restarted the tablet to no avail and I ran the connection test and there
was no connection problems. It is connected to our office WiFi for syncing.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hi Satoshi,

Could you please report a bug from your project on CommCare HQ? That will
let out ream see if there is something unique happening in your app/data.

Thanks Cory. I submitte the issue via “Report an Issue” option. Is that all
I need to do for now?

Hi Sneha,

Were the phones ever able to sync data with this server? Were the applications installed from the same server? I’d also check the server logs to see whether the requests do indeed reach the machine at all.
