I have been using CommCare for the past month for my organization’s pilot
program in Zambia and has so far worked great! Today, I added a new form
that included a GPS question (not sure if this has any effect on the issue)
and after I completed a form and tried to sync it with the server, I
receive an error message: “The server had an error processing your data.
Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact technical support.”
I restarted the tablet to no avail and I ran the connection test and there
was no connection problems. It is connected to our office WiFi for syncing.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
