Unable to perform a data export due to server error

When performing a data export CommCare says "Sorry, there was a problem reaching the server. Please try again."

Are you still experiencing this issue? There were some issues around when this message was sent that were subsequently resolved, though I'm not certain what you describe would've been caused by that. Please reach out to the support team if this is still happening.
