# Unable to add mobile users

I am unable to add mobile users to the commcare group  
Please help

Hi Siddharth,

Can you please confirm you folloed the instructions found on the following  
page? Mobile Worker Groups

If yes, can you please advise what specific issues you are experiencing  
adding the users?
