Transferring cases between mobile workers

Greetings!

I am having issues transferring cases between mobile workers. I followed
the instructions on the wiki and I was able to re-assign the cases from one
worker to the other. The transfer was successful and the changes were
immediately reflected on the case list on HQ. However, the transferred
cases do not appear on the phone. I did the transfer on 6/7/2013. I
initially thought it might take time for the phone to sync with the server
but the changes are not reflected on the phone as yet. Does it take a long
time for the changes to be reflected on the phone?

Hi Fawziya,

To get the phones to update their case list, you need to set the
application up for two-way sync. This is the sync-mode setting here:
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Application+Settings

To get the phones to update their case list, you need to set the
application up for two-way sync. This is the sync-mode setting here:
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Application+Settings

You will then need to update the application on the phones and choose the
Sync option for each user. Once you have Two Way Sync setup, you can also
set the pones to auto-sync on a regular basis.
