Hello,

I am a part of a project that is collecting data from multiple countries
across various time zones. I use the commcare-export tool to obtain data
from CommCareHQ to store in a local PostgreSQL database, but the date
fields retrieved contain no time zone information. I noticed in the
documentation that "CommCareHQ strips all timezone information from all
dates in forms". Is there a way to maintain time zone data in form and case
submissions so that it can be pulled down with the commcare-export tool?
Thanks.
