Time sent to server is earlier than time completed

(Hello from a former Dimagineer!)

I noticed in the data for an app that the time sent to server is less than
the time completed. Any idea what would be causing that?

I noticed that the dates are not clustered, so it's not a bug that happened
at a particular time, but something that has occurred almost every month
for which there are data.

Let me know if this is a known issue and what could be causing it.

Thanks,

Hi Carla,

Welcome back!

The main cause of this is a mis-set phone clock - the completion time will
use the phone time, while the submission time will be the server time. If
you find this not to be the case (IE the device's clock is set correctly)
then please report a bug so we can take a closer look at your domain.

Cheers,
Will
