The animated right-arrow in new mobile UI to submit at end of form

Hi all --

In the new mobile UI (what my colleagues and I call "the pretty version")
there is of course the new behavior where after the last question of the
form, there is not that dedicated "submit and close" page. Instead, you
click the green right arrow at upper right of the final question.

But I have noticed that sometimes, if the user tries to swipe to the
right on the final question, it nicely reminds them that the green arrow
should be pressed, by animating it so that it visually pulses a bit. BUT,
sometimes, it does not do that on a form, it simply won't let you submit
and you have to figure out the green right arrrow yourself.

What determines whether the arrow does or does not animate when you try to
turn the page at the final question in the form?

Hi Eric!

The animated left arrow should definitely appear any time you swipe right
and the green arrow is showing, can you possibly submit a bug letting us
know which form isn't demonstrating that behavior so we can look into it?

Sorry for the trouble! I hope the animation has made the experience a bit
smoother.
