Team data is syncing but I am not seeing it when I download data

I am having issues with downloading data from CommCare.

My team is able to sync their forms on the app and they do not have any connection issues, the home screen says that they have synced their data. However, when I go to download the forms there is no data. There was a person on my team that was able to upload something on the 10th but my team’s data on the 13th is not there when I download it.

Are there any suggestions on how I can trouble shoot this? Thanks.

Are you running your own instance of CommCare or are you using www.commcarehq.org?
