Sync not working

Hi!

Some of my mobile workers are complaining about synchronize problems in the last few days. Is it a problem with your servers or something not working in oir application? It happened to people in Kenya and Tanzania so I do not think it is their internet mobile connection as they use different networks.

Hi Sabela,

If you are using CommCare 2.26.0 - 2.26.2, please upgrade to the latest
version: CommCare 2.26.4. There were some known syncing issues with the
aforementioned versions.

If you aren't using CommCare 2.26.0 through 2.26.2, then please submit a
support ticket using these instructions
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Bug+Reports and we
can follow up with you there.

Hi Sabela,

You should have received an email from us about a bug affecting your
domain, send from the Dimagi team on March 4 (in case it got caught in your
spam filters) that outlines any steps needed.

Please let us know if you didn't receive that message so we can follow up
on the cause and any steps you may need to take.
