There are some data has already been collected in the smartphone that has
connection access with 3G and wifi. I would like to know, If it is possible
to submit form via USB.

Android phones should automatically send the data to CommCareHQ over wifi
or a 3G network (or in fact any cellular data connection!)
For projects that have no data connectivity at all, we have recently
developed a workflow that can help work around the connectivity issues
called “Wifi Direct”. You can read more about it here:
