Some cases disappeared on the case list

Hi All,

One of my enumerators experienced an issue of missing some cases on the
case list. Just today, 4 cases among 54 are not appearing on the case list
either on CommCareHQ or on the tablet. Looking on the exports made in the
last 2 months, they were there but now the data I'm exporting now they
don't. They are not closed and I didn't archived them myself, even looking
on the archived forms I don't see them supposing they are archived
accidentally.

Anyone can help me to fix this and retrieve them?

Hello Elyse... I see this was posted a long time ago... I am guessing that
maybe you went to the "question mark" icon at the upper right, and chose
"submit an issue"?
