SMS reminders to group

Hi All,

If a case is owned by a group and then an SMS reminder is set to be sent to
the case_owner, will this work and if so do these reminders go to all
members within that group or will this only go to one person in the group?

Hi Mourice,

Yes, if the recipient of a reminder is the case's owner and the owner is a
mobile worker group, then the content will be sent to all mobile workers
who are a member of that group at the time the reminder goes out.
