SMS Reminders: Repeat Reminder Resetting Itself

Dear CommCare Users,
Is there any special reason as to why the "Repeat Reminder" setting for SMS Reminder keeps resetting itself? By default it is set to "no", and when I change the setting to repeat a specific number of times it simply resets itself to the default value after I save and close the settings page!

Any ideas?

Hi Chaiwa,

It sounds like that may be a bug in the UI. Can you Report an Issue from the HQ website with this problem so our support team can look into it?
