Setting up CommCare Supply..........any info on this?

Well we finally have a semi working local install of CommCareHQ and we have
most of the features working as they do on the hosted service......sans one.

Commcare supply........

The info on set up is detailed on the individual steps but not as a
whole........I guess I am trying to do this blind.

I have a demo application from the exchange that was available (it is no
longer there) that I have imported into the environment but it is not
working completely.......launches and loads but will not update the stock
balance.

Does anyone have a demo app or a tutorial on building an app for the
Commcare Supply application. I want to start off slow and just build a
stock adjustment app for cycle counts. at least at first. I have the
following feature flags enabled........let me know if you see anything
missing......

I am used to coding ODK reports and I should be able to follow once I have
something to go on.....

You should also make sure to set the subscription for your domain. Since
this is a self-hosted project, you should just set it to Enterprise (you
must be a superuser to enable this). Also, when you turn on the "CommCare
Supply" feature flag, it normally also enables "Custom Single and Multiple
Answer Questions", but I don't see that in your list. That's a useful
functionality for CommCare Supply. We have some documentation on setting
up a supply project on our wiki:

Another easy way to set your domain to Enterprise is to use the
make_domain_enterprise_level management command.

Ethan,

Thank you for the reply, I was told that a separate group had been set up
for Commcare Supply do you know if this is true. I believe I am the only
Self hosted site that is attempting a Supply environment and really could
use some help verifying the set up......

We used to have a google group for CommCare Supply, called
"dimagi-commtrack", I think, but it's now defunct - there hasn't been
activity there for over two years. At any rate, that was more
user-facing. We don't have any public groups for CommCare Supply
developers. It's just a part of CommCare, so we don't really encourage
separation. I don't believe Supply requires any services that aren't also
used for the rest of CommCareHQ either. As far as building an application
using supply features, I'd refer to our documentation, the sidebar on this
page
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commtrack/Getting+Started+With+CommCare+Supply
has some useful links.
