Select server for a new project

I going to have a project in Malawi, Africa. There are two CommCare servers: US and India. Which CommCare Server will be best for me to base for new project in Malawi?

We generally recommend that all deployments are made to the core production
cloud at

https://www.commcarehq.org

and not any other regionally specific data centers except in special cases
for projects within India.
