Scaling for each option given in a question

Hi all,

Can we put scaling to each options given in a question while creating a
form.

So that we can score each of our answer.
For eg:
Q1. can we perform scaling on commcare questions?
Ans: Yes - 2
May be - 1
No - 0 like wise
So, if we have answer "yes" to the above question than we can score 2 marks
for it.

Please suggest if we can do something like this

Hi,

You should be able to add a multiple choice question and then set the
labels for each option to be "Yes - 2", "Maybe - 1", "No - 0", etc. The
value for each option should be the score you want (i.e. 2, 1 and 0).
