We here at Dimagi wanted to provide you with information regarding system slowness that many of you experienced on www.commcarehq.org.
In the past week, performance of CommCareHQ has been stable. We made several updates to our infrastructure and we are seeing a strong correlation between these updates and improved performance.
We are continuing to treat this as a serious issue and have adopted a twofold strategy. First, we’ve increased our capacity to identify and resolve all slowness concerns as soon as they arise. This reactive strategy allows us a quick turnaround so that you can continue your work with as little disruption as possible.
Second, our Scale team is working to ensure long-term reliability and speed as we continue to scale and grow. Their work is ongoing and in light of the problems we’ve had this month, Dimagi has placed a stronger emphasis on their efforts. We plan on treating this issue as a top priority until we see sustained reliability over the next couple weeks.
