Dear Users,

our engineers have been working tirelessly to eliminate the slowness issues experienced on our server over the past few weeks. While most of the issues have been resolved, we are still noticing slowness on HQ during peak hours in the Asia & Africa Time Zones (6:30 AM UTC - 9:30 AM UTC). During these times, you may experience slowness in accessing HQ pages, slowness or timeouts with large data exports, and slow syncs with users having a large amount of case data. We’re working very hard to resolve these problems, and will keep you updated on the progress. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and truly appreciate your patience and understanding over these past few challenging days.

We’re continuing to observe slowness during peak working hours in the above mentioned time zones. We’ve been hard at work identifying the root cause of the issue, and we hope to have these issues eliminated as soon as possible.
