Please note that syncing, reports, exports, and loading of HQ pages are all affected.

Hi everyone – an update for you on this issue. We are still working on this and unfortunately, the following will not work on HQ: the sending of emails, sending of SMSs, and the downloading of files from HQ (downloading mobile workers, locations, .ccz files, etc). Please note that the rest of HQ is fully functional. We are hard at work trying to find a resolution, and will update you as soon as we can! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you!
