I used a form to close a case erroneously.I have already used this form to
enter data so am talking about many cases. I would like to make my
registration form close or open this case on another form. Is there a way i
can do this? i have tried the archiving method and my cases are not coming
back on the form.
Hello,
I am not sure that I totally follow all of the details of what happened,
but if you archive the form that close the case, and then on the phone sync
with server, this should restore the previously closed cases. In order to
see those cases on the phone you will need to have a module of the same
case type and form(s) that require/update the case.
