Hi guys,
I want to rename a QuestionID and would like to ensure that it is renamed
in all the instances where it is referenced.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Grace

Hi Grace,
If you rename a question ID, we should automatically update all references
to that question in any display, validation or calculate logic in the
form. However, there are a few places you may need to do a manual update:

Hi Grace,
If you rename a question ID, we should automatically update all references
to that question in any display, validation or calculate logic in the
form. However, there are a few places you may need to do a manual update:
- If your question is used in your case config, you'll need to update
the form's case config to reference the new question- If your question is part of an output of a label (ex. , you should verify those labels to make sure they have
been updated- If you change the item value of a choice in a select question,
you'll need to manually update any logic that uses that value
Hi Sheel,
Thanks for the insight.
