Reminders are not being sent

Hello,

I’ve created several reminder definitions with help from the wiki but the
reminders are not reaching the cases. In the reminder calendar, the
reminders seem to be working and are sent at the correct times but we are
unable to actually get the sms on the phone. Is there something that I
might be missing here? Can someone take a look at the reminder definitions
for me?

Hi Mansi -

Can you click “report an issue” through your domain so we have all the
appropriate information and we can answer you directly through support.

It will also be useful to know what country your project is in, and what
network you were testing on.
