Starting from yesterday. Whenever I login to Commcare, I have to wait four of the following steps:

Can you Report an Issue from CommCareHQ with the name (please don't include a password) of the user that this is occurring for?
And can you clarify whether this occurs even after each sync even without filling out forms in between, to rule out an issue with the form logic?

Ok, I will do so - I have tested it on two users, and both tested users are experiencing this.
Ya, this is happening even where there is no new form that is filled. I dont even have to sync it, for just login in and out - I have to pass through the four steps
