Recent performance issues

Hi all,

We are aware of extreme slowness and performance issues on CommCare HQ that
have arisen in the past week. We are looking into the root source of the
problem and investigating multiple different ways of resolving it. We hope
to have HQ back to normal very soon, but in the meantime we appreciate your
patience with slower-than normal load times. If you see the message
"internal server error" this is a result of the same underlying issue, and
we are working hard to get it resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. We know
that people count on CommCare HQ and we are working around the clock to
ensure that we can continue to deliver a performant and reliable tool.
