Recent fixes to saved reports and the form designer

Hi CommCare Users,

We recently fixed two bugs that you might like to know about:

  1. We introduced a bug on April 9th that caused your applied filters to not
    be included correctly when you created a new saved report. If you created
    a saved report between April 9th and now you should delete it and create a
    new one, and be sure to replace it in any scheduled email report that used
    the old one.

  2. Many of you noticed that sometimes in the form designer questions were
    duplicated in the question tree and you had to refresh the page in order to
    get rid of the duplicates. We believe this is now fixed; please let us
    know if you still experience this issue.
