Recap page at the end of a form

Hi All,

I would like to know if it is possible to have a recap page at the end of a
form that shows all the captured entries and allows for correction in case
of errors.

Yes it is.

To do so, you can use the 'label' type of questions and insert an output by
following the example here

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your fast replay.
With the "label" type of question I can recap only one question. I would
like to have all the questions recapped in one single page. Is it still
possible?
