Reassigning cases by case property

Hi there,

So I have a bunch of community clubs (1-10) that have all been managed by
one CHW. I now want to reassign some of those clubs to a new mobile user.
We have a case property called "Club" and values for that case property
will be "club1" or "club2" etc. Is it possible to use the Search function
in the reassign cases menu to filter all those cases that belong to Club 1
for example, so that I can reassign them to the new mobile worker? If so,
what would be the syntax?

Hey Damian,

I don't think the re-assign cases functionality lets you search on any case
property at the moment. (Although its a great idea that you should post to
our UserVoice site: dimagi.uservoice.com).

You could alternatively use our Case Import feature if you're on a paid
CommCare plan. Follow the Update Existing Cases instructions and use the
owner_id column to change the owner of the case.
