Reassigned cases not visible to the new account

I have reassigned cases to the new user, but when I login using the new user login details the cases are not there. May you please help

Hi Mashudu,

After logging in as the new user, did you sync with the server? Does the case list have any filters which could prevent the cases from appearing? I would also use CommCare’s reporting tools to double check that the case owner is the new user.
