Questions about Lookup Tables

Hi All,

I've been trying to set up question filtering and have been following the
documentation on Confluence.

I keep getting the jr://fixture/item-list:table*_name *error described.

I've loaded my lookup tables with the "visible to all users" and a no
"group 1" field.

I've also tried to create a group called "all" and populated this in the
"group 1" field and created this group with my mobile users in it.

I keep getting the same error, I've tried verifying using the
http://www.commcarehq.org/hq/admin/phone/restore/?as=[mobile username]@[domain]&version=2.0
link but am unable to access it under either of the situations listed
above.

I feel like I'm missing something really simple, any help?

I've attached the xls with out "group 1" as a reference.

Thanks.

Nishant

Hi Nishant,

I'm opening up a support ticket to take a look at this and verify the
source of this error. I'll report back on this thread if we find out that
there is a bug involved.

Thanks,

Nate

Hi Nishant,

Sorry about the issue - I think our documentation is a bit out of date.
The link to http://www.commcarehq.org/hq/admin/phone/restore/?as=[mobile
username]@[domain]&version=2.0 is an internal tool that we use.

Are you using our lookup table question type in the Form Builder? Have you
tried syncing the user on the phone (if you're using a Java phone, you may
need to re-install the application).

When you View Lookup Tables in your project, are your tables listed?

Nate - Thanks for the quick response!

Sheel - I am using the lookup table question type in the form builder and
have filtered them through the display conditions. Just synced now but
still producing the same error. The lookup tables are populating on the
View Lookup Tables section. Thank you for your help.

Best,

Nishant
