I'm getting the following error in a fresh install of commcare-hq by
accessing to Web-User management:
Any idea how to solve this problem?

You might not need the docker line if you don't use docker.

I just tried and it works after adding before ./manage.py makemigrations ./manage.py
migrate
function hammer() {
git checkout master &&
git pull origin master &&
git submodule update --init --recursive &&
sudo ./scripts/docker services rebuild &&
pip install -r requirements/requirements.txt &&
find . -name '*.pyc' -delete &&
./manage.py migrate &&
./manage.py makemigrations &&
./manage.py compilejsi18n
}
