Recently I tried to update my case list by adding a new case property,
following the steps outlined on the help pages. Unfortunately, something
did not work and my users cannot access their case lists on their tablets
anymore. Is there anyway to revert my cases to their previous version,
without the new property I added?
Sounds like you actually need to revert your app version rather than your
cases. There's more information about how to do this here https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/How+to+Update+CommCare+Application+Content,
but briefly you'd use the "Revert" button on the deploy page to make the
old (working) version the newest, star that new build, then have you users
update.
