Problem uploading form data to CommCare

Hi,

I have a remote user who is having problems uploading saved survey data to
CommCare. This is how he describes the situation:

Gradually trying to get these uploaded. It is really slow. Phone seems to
stop after loading 1 and you have to resubmit again each time. Sometimes
it can’t even load one - hit and miss. Surveys are not transmitting. I’m
not sure whats going on but you see that the bar moves showing its
submitting data and then it just stalls and ultimately doesn’t submit.

I can confirm that the Android phones are connected to a stable, fast and
reliable wireless internet connection in the United States. They have been
used multiple times in the past to collect survey data without issue by
this remote user, and I can confirm that the phones appear to be in good
working order.

Additionally, when I try to access the Device Log Details on the CommCare
web portal to try to investigate the situation, "Loading Report" shows up
and hangs for several minutes before showing the filtering options. Under
the option for filtering by username, none of the usernames that have been
used to collect data are listed and the only selectable option is
"unknown." Of course, filtering with the default options selected,
including "unknown" username, yields no results (i.e. No data available to
display.). I do not know if the device log issues are related to the
inability to submit forms but I am having issues with both.

Are there any issues from the CommCare server side at the moment? Any ideas
what is going on? The data we are waiting on is time sensitive.

Thanks,

Brandon
