Hi,
I noticed an issue with printing functionality in reports. When we use
in report backend pagination and asynchronous the printing does not
work. We only get headers and text "Fetching additional data, please
wait...". Also I noticed that, the most of clients want to have all data
from report on the printable page. What do you think about creating
functionality, which would work similarly like backend export all data
to excel? It could be working by creating a PDF file in backend, and
when the printed version will be ready, an email with link to download
will be send to the user.

We added the printing functionality as a stop gap until we could get PDF
generation going. Since then we have not been able to prioritize it again
but it is definitely something we would like to do.
We did use this code on a previous project but haven't got it working with
